The most successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks in managing their 350 acre property such as bush-hogging, driving a tractor, and operating other heavy machinery on the property.
Additionally, they will need to have knowledge and experience in mending fences and setting out feed on the hunting property owned by the family.
The individual must also be comfortable engaging in hunting and fishing activities with their 26-year-old disabled son.
Flexibility with working hours is essential, as is the ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
Family also has 2 hunting dogs - so you must also be comfortable with pets and be willing to wash them off before coming in doors if they get dirty while outdoors.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular bush-hogging duties and operate tractors and other heavy machinery on the estate/farm land.
- Repair and maintain fences around the property to ensure safety and security.
- Set out feed on the hunting property according to schedule.
- Engage in hunting and fishing activities with the 26-year-old disabled son of the family.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the family.
- Lift a minimum of 30 lbs during various tasks.
Compensation:
40 hour work week with flexible schedule guaranteed This position offers an attractive salary of $50,000 per year as well as their own private 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home covering 2000 square feet on 1.
5 acres of land.
Requirements 2 years experience minimum Benefits If needed, the family has a 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch style home equivalent to 2000 square feet and 1.
5 acre lot the employee could use as their residence while employed for the family.
